Trainer development training is for trainers who know there's more to learn. Maybe you're just starting out and need a strong foundation. Maybe you've been training for years but want to refine your approach. Either way, this is one-on-one mentorship designed to make you better at the craft of personal training.​

 

We work with you individually to develop the skills that separate good trainers from great ones: how to assess movement, cue technique, use equipment safely, design effective programs, and support clients in a way that actually meets them where they are.

What to expect

Get started with a free consultation

We start by understanding where you are as a trainer. Your experience level, what you're confident in, what you want to improve, and what kind of practice you're building.

We'll build your program

Based on your goals, current skills, and gaps we've identified, we create a personalized development plan. This might focus on movement assessment, program design, client communication, or business skills depending on what you need most.

 

Your program is built for where you are and where you're going.

You'll begin your training sessions

Trainers typically meet once per week to start for hands-on instruction. Between sessions, you apply what you've learned with your own clients and come back with questions from real experience.

 

This frequency can be adjusted based on your needs.

 

Sessions can happen in person at our Arlington Center gym or online via video call.

We'll continue to provide mentorship as you grow

After the initial development phase, we typically meet once per month for ongoing mentorship to continue your growth and address new challenges as they come up.

​You bring questions and situations you're navigating in your practice. We provide guidance, help you think through scenarios, and support your continued development as a trainer and practice owner.
